Hi,
I buyed a trottinette in the spanish webpage and the model they sent me is not the one I chose. For example, the color is different, but is not the most important. The thing is that the battery of the model I chose had 8.8 ah and a range of 30 km, but the model they have sent me has 5,2 ah and a range of 15 km.
I have ask several times about the battery by email and they confirmed that it was indeed the one I chosen in the webpage (30km range and 8,8 ah)...
I contacted with them few days ago and they ignore the problem with the battery and only offer me 30 € for the mistake with the color. The last 2 days I have been trying to contact with them by email to explain that the problem is with the battery, but they don't answer me...

Please, solve the problem or I will have to go to the police!!!!
