On March 9, 2025, we purchased two chairs from biscottini.it. Order number: ZAIYGFRDE. Total price: €199.99 paid with Paypal.
On March 31, you indicated that the product would not be delivered before 2 months ! On April 2, you indicated mid-May !
REMINDER OF EUROPEAN LAW, TRANSCRIBE TO FRENCH AND ITALIAN LAW: Article L216-1: (…) The professional delivers the goods no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. Article L216-2: The consumer may immediately terminate the contract: when the professional fails to fulfill their obligation to deliver the goods on the specified date or upon expiry of the 30-day period.

If you fail to refund within 48 hours, we will report the dispute to PayPal and refer the matter to the competent court to obtain termination of the contract pursuant to Article L216 of the French Civil Code (European transcription, same in Italian code) and to obtain reimbursement of all costs incurred by the sale, including legal and attorney fees. We will also pursue your case with various consumer associations, and will refer the matter to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy and Competition), to prohibit BISCOTTINI IAT SRL and CES from operating companies and marketing products in France and Europe.
