RETRACTATION ET MISE EN DEMEURE DE REMBOURSEMENT

Le 16 décembre 2025, j'ai acheté une carte prépayée pour 112,99 euros sur VGO-SHOP.COM, commande numéro #A-10335512.
À ce jour, la carte prépayée ne m’a jamais été délivrée. J'exerce donc mon droit de rétractation.
Je vous mets formellement en demeure de procéder au remboursement intégral de 112,99 euros sous 14 jours, sur le fondement du droit de rétractation et de la non-exécution du contrat.
Conformément à la Directive 2011/83/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 25 octobre 2011 relative aux droits des consommateurs :
- Article 9 : le consommateur dispose d’un délai de 14 jours pour exercer son droit de rétractation sans avoir à motiver sa décision.
- Article 13 : le professionnel est tenu de rembourser la totalité des paiements reçus.
Aucune exception au droit de rétractation ne peut être invoquée dès lors que le contenu numérique n’a pas été fourni et que l’exécution du contrat n’a pas commencé.

VGO SSHOP is a complete scam; there's no more accurate word for it. They take the money and then nothing. Never buy from this site.
CANCELLATION AND DEMAND FOR REFUND
Dear Sir/Madam,
On December 16, 2025, I purchased a prepaid card for €112.99 from VGO-SHOP.COM, order number #A-10335512.
To date, the prepaid card has never been delivered to me. I am therefore exercising my right of CANCELLATION / withdrawal.
I hereby formally demand that you provide a full refund of €112.99 within 14 days, based on the right of withdrawal and non-performance of the contract.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights:
- Article 9: The consumer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
- Article 13: The professional is required to refund all payments received.
No exception to the right of withdrawal can be invoked once the digital content has not been provided and the performance of the contract has not begun.
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF 112.99 EUROS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THIS EMAIL, WE WILL REFER THE CONTACT TO THE COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO OBTAIN THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU. We are also investigating this issue on various online forums and with several consumer associations, with whom we have just reported your case to the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) for counterfeiting, with the aim of initiating a class action lawsuit and establishing legal precedent against Simplecodes GmbH (HRB 24288 HL), its managers and shareholders (Tamo Volkner), in order to prohibit them from establishing or managing any commercial activity in Germany and Europe.
